- Please note that not all treatments are available to those under the age of 18 years
- Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions, and in some instances, a doctor's note may be required
- Relaxation rooms are for adults only
- Weekday Package: Available Monday - Thursday throughout the year
- It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes in advance of your treatment so you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities

- Spas are private health club facilities that welcome families and children around the pool area
- The Health Club team strives to maintain a clean and orderly pool environment and may remove towels or personal items left unattended for more than 30 minutes
- We kindly ask that poolside loungers are not reserved
- Spa experiences are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. As such, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled spa day will result in the forfeiture of your voucher
- Please be aware that spas provide robes and towels. Branded flip flops are also available to purchase for £5 per pair
- Please ensure you bring your own swimsuit on the day of your booking
