About the experience
A proper mid-morning reset for two people who both need a break from… well, everything. You’ll arrive at your chosen Bannatyne Health Club for a relaxed 9:00 AM start and have four hours to enjoy the spa and leisure facilities at your own pace. Swim a few lengths, hit the gym, or just claim a lounger and disappear into the sauna and steam room for a while - no judgement either way. Each of you gets a 20-minute treatment, designed to sort you out quickly but effectively. Choose from a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage to ease tension, an express facial for a freshen-up, or a seasonal body scrub for that proper revived feeling. You’ll also each get a heated eye mask to help things along nicely. By around 1:00 PM, you’ll both be heading out feeling lighter, looser, and generally far more civilised than when you arrived.
