You’ll arrive at the health club for a 9:00am start and step straight into a calm, professional spa setting. From there, you’ve got four hours to enjoy the facilities at your own pace, whether that’s easing into the morning with a swim, getting a bit more active in the gym, or simply drifting between the pool, sauna and steam room. The experience also includes a 20-minute treatment, which you can choose depending on what your body needs most. A Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage is ideal for working out tension, while an express facial gives your skin a quick boost. If you prefer something more refreshing, a seasonal body scrub is a great way to leave you feeling revived. You’ll also get a heated eye mask to use during your visit for that extra bit of comfort. By around 1:00pm, you’ll head off feeling lighter, looser and far more human than when you arrived.
