From there, the Garden Spa awaits, where you can drift between the steam room, sauna, salt inhalation room, hydrotherapy pool and the inviting outdoor spa bath. The highlight of the day is, of course, your 60-minute treatment. Perhaps you’ll opt for a tension-relieving massage, or maybe a revitalising facial to give your skin a radiant glow. Whatever you choose, your expert therapist will tailor the treatment to your needs, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and cared for.
And because relaxation should be savoured, a delicious lunch is also included. With a varied menu that caters to both light, healthy options and indulgent treats, you’ll find the perfect dish to complement your spa experience.

This spa facilities are suitable for participants aged 16 and over.
Treatment times include a consultation with your therapist, to cover any specific requirements and help you to get the most out of the treatment.
Any medical conditions which might affect your ability to take part in a particular treatment must be made clear to the spa, upon booking - you may be entitled to swap the treatment for an alternative.
Lunch will be included in your package - if you have any dietary requirements, these must be made clear to the spa, prior to arrival.

Suitable footwear must be worn in the wet spa area and when using the restaurant or lounges in the hotel, please bring appropriate footwear with you, flip flops are available to purchase for a nominal fee in the spa.
You will be provided with a robe and slippers upon arrival, but will need to bring your own swimwear for use of the spa facilities.
Dry swimwear will be expected for treatments - the spa are able to provide disposable underwear if required.
Refreshments, including water and fruit teas, will be available free of charge, throughout the day.
This is an indoor experience so should not be affected by adverse weather conditions.
If the weather is be deemed to be unsafe, the hot tub facilities may not be available to use.
