Laura and Mike, who organise these weekend retreats, are excellent hosts. With a programme called 'wild creativity,' the emphasis is on learning, creating, and relaxing. Yoga, meditation, pottery, and guided walks allow you to explore the East Sussex countryside right on your doorstep.
