During your time at The Sun Spa, you'll be treated like the king or queen of Abingdon. On arrival you will both be greeted with a smile, sign in and then the treatments will begin.
You will both receive four fantastic treatments and you can select which order to have them. On offer is a 20 minute relaxing Indian head massage, 30 minute Swedish back massage, 60 minute European deep cleansing facial and a shape and polish for your nails.
The Indian head massage is an Ayurvedic treatment which can help almost any aliment from stress and insomnia to relieving muscle tension and headaches, leaving you feeling truly relaxed and rejuvenated.
A Swedish massage is designed to relive stress and tension and muscular aches and pains, it is a deeply relaxing massage and can help improve circulation and joint mobility.
The European deep cleansing facial involves so much more than a standard facial, you will start with a steam cleanse to open the pores followed by an exfoliation. Next comes the deep cleansing which starts with extractions, Milia removal and a deep cleansing face mask. To finish you will be treated to a face and neck massage with the application of moisturiser. This treatment will leave your skin feeling thoroughly cleansed.
A shape and polish is the perfect way to give your hands to a quick refresh, why not top off your treatments with the tidy of the nails and your choice of colour.
