The treatments have all been chosen to provide guests with a truly relaxing experience, and the trained therapists will do everything they can to provide a soothing and relaxing environment, whichever treatment guests choose. As well as the treatment, this experience also includes the use of the facilities for the afternoon. These include a sauna which is modelled on an Alpine Brechel cabin, complete with pine needles and herbal steam shots and the mill wheel shower which provides alternating cascades of hot and cold water from a beautifully designed machine that is operated using water power. There is also a hydrotherapy pool outside in the courtyard and a relaxation suite which has everything that anyone could want to help them relax, not to mention a delicious two-course lunch to make the whole day even more special.
