You're invited to book on for this, a sacred Cacao ceremony, set in the rolling and majestic surroundings of the Lake District, where you will learn about the numerous properties and health benefits of the cacao plant. This uniquely restorative and healing experience, which includes the opportunity to meditate, will be ideal to book on for some much needed me time, or to surprise someone who needs some relaxing time out in nature.
Derived from the cacao plant, cacao is a potent natural extract, known for its medicinal properties which have been used for healing in ancient American rituals. It affords you time to take in the beauty of the natural landscapes surrounding you in the Lake District National Park, to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Your ceremony will begin with your teacher, who will invite you to get comfortable on a cosy blanket. Over the duration of this meditative ceremony, you will have the space to close out the noise and busy nature of your mind, and give yourself the chance to progress your own personal healing journey; whether that be grieving, celebration, or leaving toxic relationships or situations, and come away feeling aligned with a lightened spirit. The Cacao ceremony will offer you a unique opportunity for self reflection whilst also seeing the Lake District in a whole new light.
